Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete Electrical, Electro mechanical, Plumbing, and AC works of buildings and high-rise towers. This includes carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensuring its completion. You will be in charge of supervising the daily activities of the team, optimizing manpower and resources utilization. Your role will involve overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of equipment. You will need to respond promptly to all reactive maintenance issues within the specified service level agreements. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting quotations and estimates, ensuring their accuracy in collaboration with technicians. As part of your duties, you will need to respond efficiently to reactive issues and help desk requests. Regular inspections will be required to monitor the standard of work and completion schedule. Effective coordination with other teams will be essential to ensure the satisfactory completion of all work requests. To be considered for this position, you should have a relevant Trade or Experience Certificate and possess good English communication skills along with maintenance and repair experience. Previous hands-on experience in a similar role in high-rise towers, particularly in GCC countries, will be advantageous. Candidates with a valid Bahrain Driving License will be preferred. This is a full-time position with the primary work location being on the road.,
