Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multi-skilled technicians (MST) team, ensuring efficient execution of tasks related to HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, UPS, transformers, plumbing, fire fighting systems, and electrical maintenance.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain schedules for routine maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in all aspects of work.
