Job Description

As an MEP Multi-Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Your role will require a diverse skill set and the capability to handle various tasks across these disciplines. Your main responsibilities will include performing routine and preventive maintenance on MEP systems and equipment, diagnosing and resolving issues in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, assisting with the installation of new MEP equipment and systems, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs, and collaborating with team members and departments to resolve issues. In terms of specific tasks, you will be involved in troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults, installing and maintaining electrical panels and wiring, performing electrical inspections, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, maintaining and repairing pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment, conducting preventive planned maintenance for HVAC systems, troubleshooting and repairing plumbing leaks and blockages, installing and maintaining water tanks, pumps, and other plumbing fixtures, and performing preventive planned maintenance for plumbing systems. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues, effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients, knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, relevant experience in MEP maintenance and repair, relevant certifications in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing (if required), a technical diploma or equivalent education, and 5 to 10 years of total experience.
