the MEP Engineer: Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan, Position: 2 nos. BE Civil/PG in Construction management/Mech./Elect./E&E Experience in Industrial project will be preferred Well Versed: MS Project, Excel, AutoCad, report Generation Exp: 3-6 years Job Description: Managing multiple MEP projects Ensuring there are minimal problems from the design to the delivery stage Using project management software, AutoCAD and word processing programs to create MEP plans Preparing cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems Overseeing the work of the project management team and ensuring adherence to the project schedule Coordinating on-site work with architects, structural engineers and electrical engineers Providing MEP system installation, maintenance and technical advice to service providers, supervisors and inspectors Inspecting, analysing and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP features Reviewing and evaluating the work of contractors, consultants and other construction industry professionals Reviewing contractor drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design planUnderstanding of Project Scope of work, Quantity Estimation.
