Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Execute and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects end-to-end.
Prepare and review layouts using AutoCAD and related tools.
Estimate and manage costs for HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and electrical systems.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Supervise on-site work and ensure quality & safety compliance.
Resolve design and execution issues in real-time.
Conduct inspections and maintain project documentation.
