Responsibilities: Performs assessment and evaluate personnels mental & emotional concerns and provide various psychological interventions (eg. CBT / ACT) to identify unique challenges and treatment. Provides counseling and therapy sessions, implementing treatment plans to help them gain insights, develop coping skills and improve mental health. Provides crisis intervention, crisis assessment, and consultation with external EAP providers when necessary to ensure personnels safety. Promote workplace wellbeing and connect personnels with available community resources, support groups or additional services. Conduct workshop training, surveys and health-risk assessments regularly to raise awareness on mental-health well being. Prepare and maintain reports necessary to carry out functions of operations Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary mental health team Shift work: - 8 hr/day, 5 days a week. Able to work night and overnight shifts.
