Job Profile / Responsibilities Prepare, format, and organize medical documentation and case reports in accordance with industry standards Perform thorough quality checks on translated documents to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements Manage and maintain translation data and files effectively, ensuring streamlined access and version control Coordinate with translators, editors, and project managers to meet project deadlines and quality expectations Assist in the implementation of best practices for medical translation workflows and documentation standards Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Pharmacy, Linguistics, or related fields Excellent command of English (and knowledge of other languages is a plus) Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience in translation, medical writing, or documentation (preferred but not mandatory) Proficiency in MS Office and translation software tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ) is an advantage Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
