Job Description
Lead and manage a team of Territory Executives in assigned region. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for dermatological product range. Monitor field activity, provide training, guidance, and performance reviews. Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitor activities. Ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, skin clinics, and chemists. - Promote and sell dermatology products to doctors, clinics, and chemists. - Build strong relationships with dermatologists and healthcare professionals. - Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure territory coverage. - Execute marketing strategies and ensure proper brand visibility. - Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights. - Maintain proper call records and submit reports.
