Record Management:Organizing, storing, and retrieving patient records, both physical and electronic. Data Entry and Accuracy:Accurately entering and updating patient information into electronic health record systems (EHRs). Compliance:Ensuring adherence to medical record regulations and privacy policies, including HIPAA. Data Analysis:Analyzing medical data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in patient care. Record Requests:Facilitating the release of medical records to authorized individuals and organizations.
