You will be the first point of contact for our company as a Receptionist and Telecaller. Your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming visitors with a positive attitude, handling inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, maintaining customer databases, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to other departments, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-presented. To qualify for this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications in Office Administration being a plus.
