Job Summary: TruVita Wellness is seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Medical Director to lead and oversee our clinical operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. The Medical Director will play a key role in shaping medical policies, guiding the clinical team, and promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all clinical programs and services. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Medical Oversight: Supervise medical staff, review clinical protocols, and manage patient safety programs. Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to align clinical operations with the organizations vision and goals. Training & Development: Support the professional growth of clinical staff through mentorship, education, and performance evaluations. Policy Development: Establish and maintain clinical guidelines and medical policies. Patient Care: Ensure the highest standard of patient care and satisfaction through evidence-based practices. Community Engagement: Represent TruVita Wellness in the community, building partnerships and promoting health education initiatives.
