As a Medical Coding Associate (MCA) at WWS, you will be responsible for assigning the appropriate code to describe a particular type of service provided to a patient. Your role will involve ensuring that the codes are accurately applied during the insurance billing process. This includes extracting information from documentation, assigning the relevant codes, and generating a claim for reimbursement. We are looking for individuals who have completed their graduation in any Life Science field. Ideally, you should have 1 to 6 years of experience in any related field. Proficiency in computer skills is essential for this role. An added advantage would be a good understanding of Medical Terminologies, particularly Physiology and Anatomy. Strong communication and analytical skills are also highly valued. Previous experience in healthcare or knowledge of medical billing and coding will be beneficial.
