Job Description briefly: o Claims Submission and Denial Management o Ensuring the claims are coded correctly, proper Coding and Billing Accuracy o Accounts Receivable and Revenue Cycle o Insurance Verification and Authorization o Software Proficiency and Compliance o Behavioral Health Billing Expertise o Communication and Problem-Solving Skills o Looking for someone experienced in mental health and behavioral health billing, with a strong focus on insurance verification and addressing A/R backlogs. Work Schedule: o Time Zone: EST o Resource availability: Part-time o Work Hours: 9 am to 12 pm and 2 to 3 pm. ERP System: Jane EHR Mode of Communication: Emails (Preferred). Teams. Phone line: A US-based phone line will be set up for communication, when necessary, ideally integrated into their existing system. Training Phase: Initially, we would require training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of the process and understand the work style. Expected Go-live Date: 30 to 45 days What an idea candidate should be: o All in one kind of person-Strong verbal communication, Experience in mental and behavioral health, be capable of both billing and calling, Familiarity with insurance follow-ups, pre-authorizations, and claim cycles. o Credentialing is ongoing, and they expect to be ready for billing within 30-45 days.
