Role Description: Planning and executing media associations (sponsorship) and brand campaigns with efficient (maximize ROI) and effective media plans. Tailoring the Media Mix to communicate the marketing communication and brand imagery to right target audience, at right time and at right place (medium of communication) Tracking media habits and media consumption patterns (Medium Wise, Genre Wise), Industry Media Spends (medium, genre) and continuous engagement with various media houses across mediums to understand the trends and opportunities. Maintain Media Agency & Vendor relationships along with Rate Delivery and quality delivery. Plan for Industry leading Media innovations to booster MSIL brand & product image. Qualification : MBA (Marketing) from reputed institute with good grades. Experience : 3 - 7 years in media planning, buying & execution, either from Client Organization (preferred) or Agency Organization side from any industry (not limited to automobiles). Principal Accountabilities : Media Planning: TV, OTT, Print, Cinema, OOH & Radio 100% and efficient utilization of media budgets Optimized and efficient media plan Monitoring performance of media agency and plans / associations (sponsorships) deliverables Negotiation of media rates Competition media tracking & trend monitoring Management MIS & presentation Adherence to internal controls and policies Skills/Knowledge Understanding of media basics of reach, frequency & impact-based planning. Independently (hands on experience) of handling and developing media campaigns, execution and monitoring of media plans. Worked on brand side / agency side in buying of media. Co-ordination & negotiations with media agency partners. Monitoring of day to day and campaign related work of media agency. Technical Competencies: Knowledge of media planning and measurement software / tools like YUMI, Ad-Ex, IRS, ABC, ComScore, TAM Should have worked on BARC & digital planning tools of ComScore, YouTube, Meta & OTT Platforms.
