Job Description
As a Media Coordinator at Our Good-Natured Press Pal, your main responsibility will be to liaise with media houses, blogs, and influencers to ensure our stories reach a wider audience. You will play a crucial role in keeping the PR wheels turning smoothly at all times. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with journalists, influencers, and media houses, drafting and distributing press releases and media kits, as well as scheduling and organizing media interviews and briefings. Additionally, you will be expected to track media coverage, prepare media reports, and maintain databases, while also building and nurturing strong relationships with various media outlets. In this role, you will also be required to support the PR team in crisis communication if the need arises, and collaborate closely with the marketing department to devise effective campaign publicity strategies. The ideal candidate for this position would have anywhere from entry-level to 3+ years of experience in PR, media relations, or communication roles. Knowledge of media tracking tools, PR outreach platforms, and proficiency in MS Office applications would be considered advantageous for this role.,
