We are looking for a proficient Mechanical/Technical Draftsman with specialization in MEP and Civil fields to become a part of our dynamic team. The role primarily involves creating precise technical drawings and plans that aid construction and engineering projects in various sectors, with a particular emphasis on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) as well as civil engineering projects. Responsibilities Create comprehensive technical plans and drawings based on provided specifications and calculations. Collaborate with engineers to develop MEP and civil design drafts effectively. Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit to generate, revise, and modify drawings efficiently. Analyze sketches, notes, and other input materials to ensure precise representation in drafts. Update and maintain all drawings to incorporate changes and ensure compliance with standards. Work with project managers to comprehend project requirements and deliver drafts punctually. Ensure all drafts conform to industry regulations and uphold company quality standards. Prepare and review engineering plans for approval and construction phases. Assist in creating construction documentation and detailing workbooks. Attend meetings to discuss project progress and proactively address drafting issues. Offer technical input and perspectives during design reviews and modifications. Requirements Possess a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP and Civil drafting. Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit. Thorough understanding of engineering principles and construction processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex specifications. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines.
