Job Description

Job Title: Mechanical Quality Control (QC) Engineer CTC: 20,000 to 25,000 Preferred Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum 1 year in mechanical QC or manufacturing Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections of mechanical components and assemblies. Perform in-process and final quality checks as per industry standards. Ensure adherence to technical specifications, drawings, and tolerances. Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Work with measurement instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc. Key Skills: Knowledge of QC tools and mechanical inspection procedures. Familiarity with ISO quality standards and documentation. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Attention to detail, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
