As a Quality Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement quality control systems for mechanical engineering processes. This includes designing quality standards, procedures, and control systems to ensure the production of high-quality mechanical components and products. You will be conducting thorough inspections and tests on mechanical components at various stages of production to identify defects and deviations from standards. Analyzing inspection results, defect data, and performance metrics will be crucial to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement. Root cause analysis will be a key part of your role, as you investigate quality problems to implement effective corrective actions and prevent recurrence. Collaboration and communication with engineering, manufacturing, and other teams will be essential to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with quality standards. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements will be a priority, along with maintaining accurate documentation of quality-related activities. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing processes, and overall efficiency will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a mechanical quality engineer, with expertise in working with vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, and quality documents. Knowledge of machines and experience in these areas will be required to succeed in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and requires in-person work.
