Responsibilities: - Lead design, development, and enhancement efforts for Wireless/RF Connection and related products. - Meet cost reduction targets for high-volume Wireless/RF products while maintaining product quality. - Play an integral role in new product development from conceptualization to production. - Utilize SolidWorks software for product development. - Design plastic and metal mechanical components, assemblies, and electro-mechanical packaging. - Conduct structural and thermal analysis using ANSYS and IcePak simulation tools. - Participate in product design reviews, prototyping/modeling, and creating engineering design specifications. - Test mechanical and electrical properties to ensure quality and reliability. Qualifications: - Hold a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field. - Possess 4-7 years of engineering/design experience. - Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as PCB fabrication, sheet metal forming, CNC machining, plastic injection molding, and electronic assembly. - Experience in designing products for high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred. - Demonstrate creativity, superior organizational skills, and effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
