Job Title: Design Engineer
Location: Karjan, Vadodara (Guj.)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Work from Office

Qualifications :

• B.E/M.E - Mechanical
• Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in Machine Manufacturing or Similar Industry
• Software: Autocad Autodesk Inventor 3D Modelling  - Sheet metal must
• Experience with Solid Edge, solid works and Machine designing

Job Description & Accountability:

•          Should be familiar fabrication of Sheet Metal related parts & Different kind of Raw Materials & sections
•          Should be familiar Machining related Processes  & Geometrical Tolerances, grades & different types of fits
•          Should Have Knowledge of 3D Modelling, Assembly and detailing, Drafting, Stimulation & Analysis in Autodesk Inventor
•          Should be familiar of Hydraulics & Pneumatics components & Circuits, Different types of Drive
•          Arrangement systems like chain drive, motor drive, belt drive & etc.
•          Should be able to Make detail Drawings in AutoCAD also whenever required
•          Should be able to work independently, should have good communication Skills, interaction with other depts., suppliers etc.
•          Take Responsibility of own work & must have problem solving & cost effective techniques/solutions.
•          Must be able to design new components through analysis/feedback as and when required.
•          Should have Knowledge of ERP/SAP System, generating Bill of Materials in ERP & Microsoft office 
•          Should be aware of Different design standards like DIN, ISO etc.
