Find out more at www.pollinategroup.org Role Overview We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Monitoring and Evaluation Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in developing market research tools including product needs of the communities and market opportunities for women entrepreneurs. Along with that, interns will support data visualization, writing reports, and creating infographics of Pollinate impact metrics. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in M&E processes within a social impact space. Key Responsibilities Need assessment: o Create a new model of identifying the needs of the communities other than the regular survey method and pilot it in the nearest location o Produce reports and share them with senior managers o Implement the same to all the geography with the help of the program team. Market research: o Create market research tools for the SURs business o Pilot those in a few SUR locations o Develop a report and share it with Seniors o Help to implement it in all other Pollinate operational locations Data visualisation o Develop a summary report of major four impact reports of Pollinate( SURs annual, Baseline, Community need, and Customer impact report ) o Create at least two infographics on the SURs report and customer/ Community reports Qualifications Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Statistics, International Development, Public Health, or a related field. Skills: o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience: o Previous experience in data collection, analysis, or research is desirable. o Experience working with NGOs or in a development context is a plus. Personal Attributes Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Enthusiastic about learning and taking on new challenges. Key selection criteria Based in Bangalore, India Speaking Kannada is a must Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive research on corporate partners, NGOs, and social initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate the Pollinate Groups value proposition. Experience in tailoring pitches to the specific needs and interests of potential partners. Familiarity with social impact initiatives focused on women empowerment, livelihood enhancement, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.
