Job Description
As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for various key tasks related to inventory management, business management planning, and business acumen. Your role will involve coordinating between the Distribution Centre and Store to ensure stock availability, managing freebies, EOL, brand promotions, and defective stock. Additionally, you will be involved in the implementation of Business Management Plano. A crucial aspect of this role will be your ability to demonstrate strong business acumen by handling tasks such as P&L, MBR, WBR, and Competition tracking. People management will also be a significant part of your responsibilities, including managing rosters, coaching and counseling team members, ensuring brand promoter compliance, and facilitating knowledge transfer from brand promoters to Digital staff. In order to excel in this position, you should possess competencies such as team management, resource management, result orientation, analysis and interpretation skills, coaching abilities, effective communication skills, result-oriented mindset, decision-making skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
