As a Full-Time Mathematics Educator at Refining Skills Academy in Kumarapark, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in mentoring students in Grades 6 to 10. Your primary focus will be to ensure that students grasp mathematical concepts, develop logical thinking skills, and build confidence in their math abilities. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging math classes that are in line with ICSE/CBSE/IGCSE syllabi, reinforcing core concepts, problem-solving techniques, and mental math strategies. You will be expected to identify and address individual learning gaps among students, conduct regular assessments, and prepare progress reports to track student development. Additionally, providing personalized support to students who are facing difficulties in understanding math concepts will be an essential part of your role. Collaboration with curriculum leads to enhance lesson delivery and ensure a comprehensive learning experience for students will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess an M.Sc. in Mathematics, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in the subject. Your proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Kannada would be an added advantage. Being comfortable working in a structured, child-first environment is crucial to effectively engage with students and support their learning journey.
