You will play a key role in supporting the department to operate efficiently in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. As an Assistant Materials Manager, you will work closely with the Materials Manager to coordinate the planning and procurement of materials. This includes tasks such as vendor development and overseeing contracted services while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in Materials or Purchasing, or as a Team Leader in a larger operation, is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, administrative skills, and excellent interpersonal capabilities are essential for success in this position.,
