Job Title: Material Management Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 to 7 Years Qualification: BE , Diploma , B.Com Skillsets: Material Management , Order Management , Supplier Management Roles and Responsibilities: Arrange and modify Customer order plans and schedules according to production capacity and delivery requirement. Distribute production plans and tasks to teams to ensure that plans and tasks are achieved in production unit and co ordination with logistics . Reschedule and fine-tune Customer orders in accordance to order changes and urgent situations. Production management by providing information of problem solving due to customer order changes, materials status, capacity problems and so on. Review and control of order required delivery Vs Actual Delivery Performance. Supplier order Management of parts procurement, schedules , Purchase orders processing and control of delivery from suppliers. Job Description: Contribute to optimize Customer order Management and supplier procurement process and methods to improve efficiency. Inventory Control and analysis. Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties Continuously communicate with team leaders to check Customer orders and purchase orders on suppliers. Coordination with all CFT teams. Strong technical and manufacturing knowledge. Experience in order management and procurement.,
