You should have strong skills in troubleshooting, FTTX, fault rectification, team management, networking, and fiber optics to effectively drive home connect and care operations in the assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and training technicians from target colleges, conducting both classroom and on-the-job trainings, mentoring and guiding technicians to improve productivity, and ensuring flawless execution of home connect activities.
