The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for delivering a variety of therapeutic and rejuvenating massage treatments tailored to the guests" needs. You must have experience in various massage techniques and ensure the highest level of hospitality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include performing a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and other specialized treatments. You will assess guest needs and preferences to provide personalized treatment plans and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment rooms and equipment. It will be your duty to provide a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests, keep records of treatments, maintain proper documentation as per resort standards, recommend spa products and aftercare as needed, and ensure guest privacy, dignity, and safety at all times. Candidate Requirements: - Diploma/Certification in Massage Therapy or Spa Management from a recognized institution - 3 years of hands-on experience in a spa, resort, or wellness center - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage modalities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Professional demeanor and appearance - Willingness to relocate/live in Bandipur during employment - Must be reliable, punctual, and have a passion for wellness and guest service Benefits: - Competitive salary package (25,000 - 30,000) - Accommodation and meals provided (if applicable) - Peaceful work environment surrounded by nature - Opportunity to work with a reputed wellness-focused resort,
