Job Description

We are looking for a Martech Specialist to lead and enhance our marketing technology stack, driving digital transformation for our real estate brand. This role focuses on implementing, managing, and optimizing marketing tools and platforms to deliver a seamless customer journey, improve lead generation, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities 1. Martech Implementation and Management Oversee the deployment, integration, and maintenance of marketing technology platforms (CRM, CMS, email marketing, automation, analytics tools). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Martech solutions align with business objectives and enhance marketing efficiency. 2. Data Management and Analytics Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights. Manage customer data platforms (CDPs) to provide a unified view of the customer journey. Ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and adherence to industry best practices. 3. Campaign Optimization Utilize Martech tools to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, web, etc.). Implement A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates. 4. Collaboration and Training Work closely with sales, IT, and design teams to bridge gaps between technology and marketing initiatives. Train marketing teams on new tools, features, and processes for effective usage of the Martech stack. 5. Emerging Technology Adoption Stay updated on Martech trends and innovations to recommend new tools and technologies for real estate marketing. Evaluate new solutions to enhance customer experience, lead nurturing, and digital engagement. Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelors degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields (MBA preferred). Experience 3-5 years of experience in marketing technology, preferably within the real estate or related sectors. Proven track record of managing and optimizing Martech tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and others. Technical Skills Expertise in CRM, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and basic programming/scripting is a plus. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
