You will champion end-to-end primary market research projects by partnering with project leads and clients to ensure high quality and timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing quantitative and qualitative market research projects, creating and delivering pre-sales presentations, research solutioning, and proposal writing. You will lead and supervise all aspects of project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet client needs, and maintain high-quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for seamless project delivery, effective client management across geographies and industries, and aligning responsibilities and delegating accountability across the team. This role will involve strong client-facing interactions with senior business stakeholders across markets. As a business consultant/SME for client teams, you will manage and develop existing and new client relationships by applying your knowledge of market research across various industry domains. You will lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively plan, schedule, and monitor research studies, and anticipate potential risks by developing contingency plans. Regular monitoring of project progress, reviewing deliverables, and addressing issues proactively will be crucial. Moreover, resource management, staffing, effective leadership, and people management skills are essential for success in this role. Your specific research skills will include hands-on experience in leading quantitative and qualitative primary research projects, as well as proficiency in research fundamentals such as developing questionnaires, sample plans, analysis, insights, and report writing. You should have in-depth knowledge of market research tools and techniques, including segmentation, trade-off analysis, brand tracking, concept testing, forecasting, and predictive modeling. Experience with SPSS or similar research tools, as well as expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word, will be advantageous. An educational qualification of Masters in a quantitative discipline or an MBA is preferred, along with 11-12 years of relevant experience in market research.
