We are looking for dynamic and persuasive Marketing Staff to contact potential customers, promote our products or services, and drive conversions. If you're confident in your communication skills and results-driven, this opportunity is for you. This is a performance-based position with no fixed salary. Youll be compensated based on your results and eligible for bonuses upon achieving targets. You can choose to work full-time or part-time, with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities: Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, or in-person. Present products/services effectively to generate interest and conversions. Maintain follow-ups with prospects to close deals. Track and report outreach activities and conversions. Meet or exceed sales milestones. Compensation: Performance-based earnings only (no fixed salary). Commission for each successful sale/conversion. Bonuses for achieving milestones or targets. Requirements: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Ability to work independently or within a team.
