Job Role: We are seeking a Marketing Executive to handle field marketing and customer acquisition for our blue metal and sand products. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, self-driven, and experienced in the construction or building materials industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential customers such as contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies. Promote the companys products (M-Sand, T-Sand, and Blue Metal of various sizes). Manage existing client relationships and generate repeat business. Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings. Coordinate with the production and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery. Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: Education: Any degree or diploma (Marketing/Sales background preferred). Experience: 13 years in marketing or sales, preferably in construction materials or logistics. Language: Tamil (mandatory), basic English. Must have a two-wheeler with valid license (field travel is required).
