You will be working as a Marketing Platform Auto Specialist at Accenture. Your role will involve leveraging your 7 to 11 years of experience to drive marketing performance by combining deep functional and technical expertise. You will be responsible for managing marketing complexity with limited resources and enhancing operational efficiencies through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services. As a part of your responsibilities, you will focus on creating and designing Digital Marketing Ads & Promotions using Braze, a customer engagement platform. You will work on architecting, solutioning, developing, and testing platform capabilities for clients. Additionally, you will be involved in streamlining business processes, strategic planning with clients, managing Braze Campaign developers, troubleshooting complex problems, and leading end-to-end implementations with Braze. Key skills required for this role include knowledge of Liquid and SQL, experience in managing customer communication campaigns, and evaluating new functionalities for the platform. You will also be responsible for establishing best practices in application support, requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, and maintaining technical documentation.
