Building and Leading Marketing Strategies Develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and drive business growth. Manage and coordinate both digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM, etc.) and traditional (print, events, direct mail) marketing campaigns. 2. Digital Marketing Oversee the companys online presence, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for optimization. Drive SEO/SEM efforts to improve search rankings and manage paid ad campaigns. Lead content creation for digital platforms, from blogs and social media posts to video content. 3. Offline Marketing Plan and execute traditional marketing strategies, including print ads, direct mail, and sponsorships. Organize and manage company participation in trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Work with designers to create engaging marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and promotional items. 4. Strengthening Our Brand Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials. Ensure brand guidelines are followed across teams to maintain a strong and unified presence. 5. Market Research & Insights Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Analyze market data to better understand customer behavior and preferences. 6. Managing the Marketing Budget Allocate resources efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness. Track and report on marketing expenditures and their impact. What Were Looking For Experience: At least 3 years in both online and offline marketing. Creative & Analytical Mindset: Youre able to think outside the box but also back it up with data. Passion for Storytelling: You understand how to connect with audiences through compelling campaigns. Organizational Skills: Youre great at managing multiple projects without missing a beat.
