Dynamic candidates are encouraged to apply for the following role at our Merta (Rajasthan) plant. Duties & Responsibilities: Preparation of annual sales budget of concerned sector. Prepare and execute monthly sale plan. Provide training to your subordinates. Retaining existing sales and develop new customers by developing sales strategies. Conduct market survey and create innovative campaigns/experiments. Resolve customers issues. Skills to retain credit money. Generate marketing reports. Engage with customers, retailers and partners to promote the companys brand image and build a strong network/relationship. Support internal high-performance principles through ongoing meeting management and driving marketing team accountability Requirements: Applicants must be a Graduate/MBA with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Sales/Marketing field.
