Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive growth through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement and acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the companys objectives, ensuring brand consistency and market competitiveness.

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, overseeing performance management, skills development, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Brand Management:
    Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity across all channels to maintain a strong market presence.

  • Campaign Management:
    Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

  • Digital Marketing:
    Supervise SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, PPC, and social media strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.

  • Budget Management:
    Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) across all initiatives.

  • Partnerships & PR:
    Build relationships with media, agencies, influencers, and other external partners. Manage PR initiatives and reputation management efforts.

  • Product Marketing (if applicable):
    Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new and existing products.
