Job Description
Location- Navi Mumbai (WFO)
Budget- upto 20 LPA
Experience- 7-10 Years
Relevant experience- 7 years is required.
Notice period- Immediate- 30 days (max)
Skills required- : Sales and Marketing, Advertising, Communication skills, CRMs and marketing platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc, B2B Marketing, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, Microsoft Office suite.
Education Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Interview process- 2-3 technical rounds
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Demand Generation though various channels
- Assist with planning of marketing strategies and campaigns, creating engaging content that will attract the right audience
- Coordinate for smooth execution of various marketing campaigns across channels - email marketing, PPC, and social media, trade media and more
- Complete ownership of HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation
- Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, helping identify target audiences
- Contribute to social media and content calendars by managing the production of interesting and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.
- Ensure that regular web content updates are performed and checking content for accuracy and consistency
- Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness
- Word with CRM Executive to ensure quality of CRM contact information is at expected standard
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong experience of planning and implementation of marketing, communication and lead generation activities
- Strong exposure to B2B marketing environment
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising
- Excellent command over written English
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRMs and marketing platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong organizational skills to work in a fast-paced setup managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Great to have:
- Good knowledge of enterprise software products
- Strong understanding of insurance domain
- Exposure to US market and international marketing
- Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus
- Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Knowledge of CMS, such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
