Key responsibilities Organize product demonstrations, and promotional events. Finding new distributors Conduct shop canvassing to introduce and distribute products. Merchandising & take orders from wholesalers or retailers and ensure timely processing. Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep up with market changes. Create and manage marketing campaigns . Work with colleagues to help succeed the marketing efforts. Stay up to date on the latest tools and technologies for marketing. Communicate with target audience, build and develop strong customer relationship. Maintain and update customer database and submit report to authorities. Recommend upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue. Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve product offerings and services. Assist distributors in target achievements. Key Skills Required for a Marketing Executive: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinking and problem-solving ability Sales and negotiation skills Time management and multitasking Good organization and planning skills EDUCATION: UG: ANY GRADUATE / UNDERGRADUATE PG: MBA(MARKETING) EXPERIENCE: 2 Year experience in FMCG, Preferably in the Ice-cream sector Skilled and enthusiastic freshers can also apply.
