Job Description

Scope Of Work / Responsibilities 

  • Customer Interaction: Proactively engage with potential customers, initiating conversations, providing product knowledge, and addressing questions to generate interest.
  • Brand Awareness: Actively promote the brand through face-to-face interactions, ensuring high visibility and a positive image within the community.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and generate leads, encouraging customers to learn more about our services and transition to sales channels.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Record feedback from customers, including insights on customer preferences, and report findings to help improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Event Promotion & Support: Assist in the setup, execution, and promotion of local events, pop-up activations, and street campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
  • Target-Oriented Performance: Achieve and exceed daily and weekly interaction goals, customer acquisition targets, and event participation metrics.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with customers, creating long-lasting relationships that benefit future sales opportunities.


Expectations

  • Education: Recent graduate (0-2 years of experience), with a degree or diploma in marketing, business, communications, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to approach, interact, and engage with a diverse range of people.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive and energetic individual who can work independently and stay driven to meet goals and targets in an outdoor, fast paced environment.
