Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1. Hospital Marketing & Promotion: Implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties. Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics and diagnostic centers to build and maintain a referral network. 2. TPA & Billing Coordination: Ensure timely submission of bills to the TPA (Third Party Administrator) office. Coordinate with TPA representatives for claim approvals and documentation. 3. Dispatch and Administrative Work: Manage the dispatch of invoices, reports and other documents related to patient services and TPA. Maintain accurate records of dispatched documents and billing files. Support the administrative team in handling marketing and billing-related paperwork. 4. Referral Marketing: Build and maintain relationships with external doctors and clinics to generate patient referrals. Maintain a referral database and prepare reports on referral trends and source performance. Monitor and analyze referral patterns to improve marketing strategies.
