As a Marketing Executive at Harsha Institutions, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing innovative marketing strategies to promote the college's programs, attract potential students, and elevate the institution's brand in the competitive educational landscape. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of creativity, data-driven insights, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, and educational partners. Your primary duties will include crafting and executing marketing campaigns to showcase the college's courses, events, and activities, as well as devising strategies to enhance brand visibility within the educational sector. You will actively participate in student recruitment endeavors such as educational fairs, open houses, and campus tours while collaborating closely with admission teams to meet enrollment objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in generating compelling content like brochures, flyers, videos, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases to bolster promotional efforts. Your role will also entail planning and overseeing various events such as seminars, workshops, and cultural activities to drive engagement among stakeholders. Representing the college at external events and fostering partnerships with schools, educational consultants, and community organizations will be integral aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, MBA, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the education sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking abilities, and effective organizational skills are key attributes for success. Furthermore, a willingness to travel for events and campaigns, coupled with knowledge of local and international education markets, will be advantageous.
