Position : Marketing Executive Reports to : The Founders Ethico is a conscious homestore in Marna, Siolim (Goa) where all products are ethically sourced and are plastic free. We are looking for a Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience who can strategize and execute the communication and marketing activities of Ethico to build the brand's image and awareness. We believe in ethical consumption and conscious living so the role is great for someone who is climate conscious, conscious about plastic consumption and is wanting to make a difference. You will closely work with the founder to develop the marketing strategies and roll out marketing plans, both online and offline. Duties and Responsibilities of the Marketing Executive would be : Plan and monitor Ethico's on-going presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, X) etc. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers Develop creative and engaging content for the social media channels Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution Brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and suggest marketing campaigns Create copy as necessary for the website, blogs, social media, applications etc. Suggest probable partnerships and collaborations Liaise with creative partners such as the photographer and designer as necessary Monitor website traffic Work with the store manager to organise special promotions, and events Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing, and highly organised. Proficient with excel, word, google drive, Instagram, Facebook and X.
