Marketing Cloud Automation Experience: 8+ years Location: Chennai Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days Job Description: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Experience with marketing automation platform, such as Adobe Campaign required, current or recent certification a plus. Experience working in healthcare or financial services a plus. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript specifically building emails and landing pages that are responsive is a plus. Experience in relational databases, data structures, creating data schema and querying language and data sync Working experience in Salesforce (specifically campaign, opportunity, lead, and contact objects) is a plus. Highly organized with strong attention to detail while operating under tight and competing deadlines; ability to prioritize work. Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker; ability to think through multiple options and proactively present ideas. Great communication and interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate teams and exert influence when needed. Experience with A/B testing including subject lines, CTAs, messaging, Personalization Strong knowledge of lead generation, campaign delivery, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation implementation best practices.
