They work with the Design and content teams to create, execute, and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet marketing targets. Here are some duties and responsibilities of a Campaign Manager: Planning of integrated campaign strategy, campaign calendar and initiatives Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects Content Creation and Planning Manage the content creation engine from brief to delivery through optimal use of inhouse resources and external agencies Lead the creation, refresh and rollout of GTM / for core applications across the product areas and Business units Own creation of campaigns around key industry themes based on services/portfolio readiness and roadmap. Own development of campaign assets like case studies, solution presentations, Customer newsletters, other collaterals and also be the custodian of key proof points Measure, report and optimize communications and campaign performance Requirements You are a natural storyteller, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; You have a strategic mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences You are a digital marketing expert and have used google, programmatic and social media to get impact results You can expertly advocate on the appropriate communication channel depending upon the message, audience, purpose, etc. You have a deep global perspective with the desire and ability to seamlessly work with a regionally and culturally diverse team Benefits Best in the industry,
