Job Description: Business Development & Marketing Manager Location: Mumbai, India (On-site) Experience: 1-2 years in business development, marketing, or brand management roles, preferably in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries. Based in Mumbai, we cater to discerning clients with our bespoke and ready-to-wear (yet to launch) collections, offering an unparalleled experience of craftsmanship and style. We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive franchise growth, build strategic collaborations, and enhance our marketing and branding efforts to scale both in-studio sales and global reach. Role Overview The Business Development & Marketing Manager will spearhead initiatives to grow the Shrimanker & Yogi brand through strategic partnerships, franchise development, marketing campaigns, and PR activities. The candidate will work closely with the founder to align the strategy with the brands vision. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify, evaluate, and onboard franchise partners in India and globally. Develop and implement franchise operational guidelines, agreements, and training programs. Establish strategic collaborations with wedding planners, stylists, luxury brands, and event organizers to increase brand visibility and sales. Drive partnerships with corporate clients for bespoke clothing, gifting, and wardrobe solutions. Marketing & Branding Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote in-studio sales and grow the brands digital presence. Organize and manage events like trunk shows, collection launches, and workshops to enhance customer engagement. Develop content for social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms to communicate the brands ethos effectively (more coordination with Social Media Agency) Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels. PR & Media Relations Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and media outlets to generate buzz around the brand. Draft press releases and manage relationships with fashion and lifestyle journalists. Plan and execute PR activities, including media events, interviews, and editorial placements. Analytics & Reporting Monitor the success of campaigns and initiatives using metrics like sales growth, customer acquisition, and footfall analytics. Provide regular reports to the founder with actionable insights and improvement strategies. Key Skills Proven experience in business development, marketing, or branding roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building and collaboration. Creativity to design and execute impactful campaigns and events.
