Job Title: Marketing and Sales Head Hot Rolling Mill (Special Steel Profiles) Location: Jaipur Industry: Steel Manufacturing Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Head to lead and execute marketing strategies for our Hot- Rolling mill specialising in manufacturing Special Steel Profiles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial application marketing, excellent technical knowledge of steel products, and a proven ability to develop business and capture and penetrate market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Marketing and Business Development: o Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote special steel profiles in diverse OEM and Aftermarket industries. o Identify and capture new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends. 2. Market Research and Analysis: o Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and identify market demands for hot-rolled steel profiles. o Identify Import-Substitute products and customers. o Analyze industry applications and trends using various softwares and tools and recommend product improvements and innovations. o Generate leads and convert them into sales through various channels, including direct sales, online platforms, and industry networks. 3. Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. o Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, helping them select the right steel profiles for their applications. 4. Sales Leadership and Target Achievement: o Create marketing and sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets. o Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 5. Travel and Field Engagement: o Travel extensively to meet customers, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities both domestically and internationally. o Identify exhibitions to participate in and visit both domestically and internationally. 6. Industrial Application Marketing: o Develop value propositions and marketing materials showcasing industrial applications of hot-rolled steel profiles. o Educate customers on the performance benefits and cost advantages of the company's products. 7. Brand Building and Promotion: o Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars. o Develop marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and case studies. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, B-Tech Experience: o Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing structural rolling mill products. o Strong knowledge of steel grades, properties, and industrial applications. o Has to have experience in working with OEMs in Construction Machinery, Automotive, Infrastructure, etc. industries. Skills Required: o Excellent technical knowledge of hot-rolled steel products and their market applications. o Proven ability to lead sales teams, negotiate deals, and manage customer relationships. o Proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and marketing strategies for industrial products. o Strong communication and presentation skills.
