You will be responsible for supporting the growth of our food category through marketing strategy, packaging innovation, and product development. As a dynamic and creative professional, you will focus on delivering exceptional products and enhancing brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales, including managing social media and digital ads. - Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to guide product and marketing initiatives. - Develop sustainable and appealing packaging solutions, sourcing materials that align with brand and regulatory standards. - Create new products aligned with market trends and brand goals, overseeing product trials and coordinating with suppliers. - Collaborate with R&D, design, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives reflecting the brand's vision and sustainability goals. - Present updates and challenges to senior leadership and travel to supplier and manufacturing units as needed.
