Marketing & CRM Specialist Role Overview: We are seeking a Marketing & CRM Specialist to oversee Zoho CRM administration, digital marketing coordination, and research data management. This role requires a blend of technical CRM expertise, marketing performance analysis, and collaboration with sales and research teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: CRM Administration (Zoho) Manage and maintain Zoho CRM to ensure seamless data flow between the research team and inside sales team. Generate and deliver marketing performance reports from Zoho to senior management. Regularly customize and optimize Zoho CRM to align with evolving business needs. Ensure 90% data accuracy and upkeep within Zoho, incorporating business insights and client feedback. SEO & Digital Marketing Management Coordinate daily with the Digital Marketing Vendor on campaign schedules, creative assets, content, and performance tracking. Collaborate with the website development team to update and optimize content, ensuring brand consistency and relevance. Research & Data Management Work closely with Sales Leaders and Management to define and refine target markets and key decision-makers based on inside sales feedback. Ensure the Inside Sales Team has a continuous supply of accurate, high-quality calling data via the research team. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in Zoho CRM administration & customization. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing analytics, and website management. Strong data management and reporting skills. Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and research teams to optimize workflows. Detail-oriented with a focus on CRM data accuracy and marketing insights.,
