Job Description
As a Pricing Strategy Manager at FedEx Grade 13P, you will be responsible for designing and implementing commercial and pricing strategies essential for business decision-making and strategic planning in the MEISA region. Your role will involve leading regional commercial projects, conducting in-depth analyses, and deriving actionable insights to achieve regional and corporate objectives. You will serve as a technical expert on complex subjects, contributing to revenue growth, market share expansion, and enhancing customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Commercial Strategy Development: - Creating and executing revenue management strategies, pricing programs, and go-to-market initiatives to enhance market share and profitability. - Conducting customer and market analyses, alongside pricing assessments for new products/services. - Identifying revenue and growth opportunities through data-driven insights. Data Analysis & Visualization: - Researching, extracting, and analyzing complex datasets to support decision-making processes. - Developing management reports with actionable recommendations. - Presenting findings through impactful data visualization for senior leadership and stakeholders. Customer Experience & Pricing Support: - Customizing pricing strategies for strategic opportunities to improve customer experience. - Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize flight capacity and onboard larger strategic opportunities. Project Management: - Leading the development and execution of strategic commercial projects across MEA markets. - Tracking, monitoring, and providing progress updates on various projects to regional and local management. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proficiency in handling large datasets for analysis and data storytelling, and effectively communicating complex insights through report writing and presentations. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on business-critical challenges for collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. - Ability to independently manage complex strategic initiatives across markets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders. - Knowledge of Power BI and database applications such as SQL is preferred.
