Market Operation Technician Continental

We are looking for a Market Operation Technician to join our Market Demand Team.

• Fulfill and record orders in the system, timely and accurately;
• Customer contact;
• Provide clarifications on availability, prices and delivery data to internal and external customers;
• Ensure the handling of customer complaints, providing appropriate referral and feedback;
• Contact suppliers (plant).

• High school degree (12º);
• Customer Orientation;
• Good SAP Knowledge (preferred);
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken) (preferred);
• Proactive, willingness to bring topics forward;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
