Job Description
As a Market Insights Manager based in Bengaluru, India, you will play a crucial role in driving actionable insights across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for conducting research and analysis of the UK and European fleet, logistics, and commercial vehicle markets to identify emerging trends, regulatory changes, and growth opportunities within target industries. Your insights will directly support growth marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, ensuring that Netradyne's brand perception in these markets is well-measured and positioned for success. Your key responsibilities will include tracking and analyzing key competitors" offerings, positioning, and customer engagement strategies to provide actionable intelligence that shapes Netradyne's differentiation and value proposition. You will develop detailed target persona profiles for enterprise buyers and influencers in the region, gathering insights on customer pain points, decision criteria, and buying journeys through primary and secondary research. This will support ABM and enterprise marketing teams with persona-driven messaging and campaign planning. Furthermore, you will design and execute brand perception studies to measure Netradyne's reputation among target audiences, analyzing findings to identify strengths, weaknesses, and perception gaps. You will collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement plans that address brand gaps and enhance market positioning. Your role will involve working closely with enterprise marketing, ABM, sales, and product teams to ensure that insights are embedded in strategy and execution. You will present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, supporting the creation of thought leadership and content marketing with data-driven insights. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or insights roles, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or automotive/fleet sectors. You must demonstrate expertise in market, industry, and competitor analysis for the UK and/or European markets, as well as experience supporting enterprise marketing and ABM programs with actionable insights. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in research tools and data visualization, excellent communication and presentation skills, and fluency in English are essential qualifications for this position. Additional European languages would be a plus.,
